Ingredients:
- 7 large Kale leaves
- 1 handful basil
- ½ cup pistachios
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash kale, remove stems, and roughly chop
- Add kale, basil. pistachios, garlic, salt, and pepper to a food processor and pulse a few times
- Add olive oil and continue to pulse until you’ve reached the desired consistency
- Serve with pasta, on a sandwich, as a spread, or any way you’d like.
